Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Kidberry, Inc. (“Kidberry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the lildrills.com website (the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
This Cookie Policy applies to the lildrills.com website only. For information about data collected within the LilDrills mobile app (including via SDKs such as Google Firebase), please see our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow a site to recognize your browser, remember information about your visit, and enable certain features. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, local storage, and SDKs, which this Policy refers to collectively as “cookies” unless otherwise specified.
2. Cookies We Use
We use a limited number of cookies on the Site, grouped into the following categories:
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required for the Site to function and cannot be switched off. They are typically set in response to actions you take, such as logging in or setting privacy preferences.
| Purpose | Example |
|---|---|
| Session management | Keeping you logged into your account while browsing the Site |
| Security | Detecting fraudulent login attempts, protecting against cross-site request forgery |
| Cookie consent preferences | Remembering the choices you make in our cookie banner |
2.2 Functional Cookies
These cookies allow the Site to remember choices you make (such as language or region) to provide a more personalized experience.
| Purpose | Example |
|---|---|
| Preferences | Remembering display or language settings |
2.3 Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Site (e.g., pages viewed, time on page, general navigation patterns) so we can improve content and performance. We use Firebase Analytics for this purpose on the Site.
| Provider | Purpose | Data shared |
|---|---|---|
| Google (Firebase Analytics) | Aggregate website usage and performance measurement | IP address (may be truncated/anonymized), device/browser type, pages visited, referring site |
| AppsFlyer | Measuring which link or campaign led you to click through to download the App (attribution only; only triggered if you click an app-download link on the Site) | IP address, device/browser type, referring link/campaign ID, click timestamp |
Analytics and attribution cookies/links on the Site are not used to serve targeted advertising to children, and we do not knowingly direct advertising cookies at children under 13.
2.4 Advertising / Marketing Cookies
We do not currently use advertising or behavioral-targeting cookies on the Site. If this changes in the future, we will update this Cookie Policy in advance and request consent through our cookie banner where required by law before any such cookies are set.
3. Cookies and Children
The lildrills.com website is intended primarily for use by parents, guardians, and other adults evaluating or managing the LilDrills service — not for direct use by children. We do not knowingly use cookies on the Site to collect personal information from children or to serve behavioral advertising to children.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on the Site are placed by third-party service providers, such as our analytics provider (Google Firebase) and our marketing-attribution provider (AppsFlyer), and, if applicable, our payment or customer-support providers. These third parties may use cookies according to their own privacy and cookie policies:
- Google Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
- AppsFlyer Privacy Policy: appsflyer.com/privacy-policy
We do not control third-party cookies directly and encourage you to review the relevant provider’s policy for details.
5. Your Cookie Choices
5.1 Cookie Consent Banner
When you first visit the Site, you will be presented with a cookie banner allowing you to accept or reject non-essential cookies (functional and analytics). You can change your preferences at any time via the “Cookie Preferences” link in the Site footer.
5.2 Browser Controls
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect the functionality of the Site (e.g., you may not be able to log in).
5.3 Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, our Site does not currently respond differently to Do Not Track signals, but you can still manage cookies through the methods described above.
5.4 California Residents
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell or share personal information collected via cookies on the Site.
5.5 EEA/UK Residents
If you access the Site from the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we obtain your consent before setting non-essential cookies, in accordance with applicable ePrivacy and data-protection laws. You can withdraw consent at any time via the Cookie Preferences link described above.
6. How Long Cookies Last
- Session cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies (e.g., cookie-consent preference, analytics identifiers) remain on your device for a set period (typically up to 13 months) or until you delete them manually.
7. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where required, request renewed consent through the cookie banner.
